The Institute of Business, Engineering, Science, and Technology (BEST) partners with RATE (Rutgers Advanced Technology Extension) and the Center for Management Development (CMD) to provide a revolutionary educational program in intrapreneurship.
Intrapreneurship is the practice of applying entrepreneurial skills as part of an internal effort to increase revenue of an established organization. Aimed at optimizing corporate productivity, the intrapreneurship program guides professionals on how to develop and implement innovations within the scope of larger corporate enterprises. This collaborative project in business education offers an innovative and valuable approach to fostering organizational development, incorporating the internationally recognized professional education expertise of CMD with the entrepreneurial and technological repertoire of BEST and RATE, respectively.
Corporate executives will gain knowledge and mastery of the entrepreneurial skill set needed to facilitate successful new product development including how to capitalize on the cutting-edge innovations of university intellectual property, conduct market and industry analysis, develop financial projections, and effectively pitch ideas. Visit RATE Business and Entrepreneurship Program for more information on courses in the program.
