The Faculty-Student Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Express, sponsored by the BEST Institute, is a free event that provides an overview of the tools needed to determine if your technology/business idea is commercially viable. The workshop is scheduled for September 17, 2009 from 1-5pm. Attendees will learn how to evaluate the commercial potential of their research, what makes an idea patentable, market research tools and tips, whether to license their technology or start a company, and resources for creating a business plan.
